The Period of Exploration

1990-
Dr.Chen, our founder, explored USSR and built a bridge between leaders for mutual visits.

1991-
Jack, our general manager, stepped into Nakhoka ,Russia for the first time.

1992-
We, (ICO Shing) began the search for business opportunities in Vladivostok and Nakhka.

1993-
Our first overseas office and deal with Kazmetal for toys and TV's was made.

1994-
Vladivostok office was shut down due to Toko case.

1995-
Our overseas office was moved to Moscow.



The Period of Profitable Development

1996-
Cooperation began with Steklovolokno with ICO Shing becoming their exclusive agent.

1997-
ICO Shing obtained the official license of Snoopy car accessories.

1998-
The financial crisis broke out in Russia.
The gross profit of Snoopy car accessories exceeded 1 mln NTD.

1999-
ICO Shing to Hsin Chung city together with Chung shing textile group.
First launch of staff travelling in Malaysia in Sep.

2000-

The official license of Miffy furnitures was obtained.
Setting 4 departments (electric material /chemical /car accessories /development) departments in the company.



The Period of Establishing Culture and Vision


2001-

Through collective wisdom a common vision and core values were forged at the annual workshop.

2002-

The apple prize, an incentive program of annual performance was brought into force.
An overall strict examination of the company security process began.

2003-

Clarification and implementation of standard operating procedure was introduced.

2004-

"Polotsk" purchased 48pcs of Toyota loom.
Bedding, car accessories and foods departments merged into one division called the "Branding Department".

2005- Suzhou branch office was established in order to:

Execute labor pension new program,
Open company shares to employees,
Renew the company name.

2006-

First general meeting of shareholders was held and cash dividends were released.

2007-

Vietnam branch office was established
ICO Shin set up a book club and in which all employees participated in discussion of different books.

2008-

ICO shing head office moved to San Chong City.

2009-

The Domestic department set up selling point in department stores

2010-

The Domestic department separated from ICO and established its own company, "Homking "
The Shenzhen office was established to enter the China leather market and increase market share.
